What is your shipping policy?

All orders are shipped via USPS First Class shipping (for both domestic and international orders). Orders are shipped within 5-10 business days of when the order was placed. Shipping prices are calculated during checkout and are based on location and the weight and packaging of items ordered. I cannot accept responsibility for lost or stolen packages. If you haven’t received your order and are concerned, feel free to contact me.

How will my items be shipped?

Posters and paper signs are wrapped in acid-free butcher paper, rolled, and shipped in super heavy duty recycled poster tubes. Small prints are shipped flat in rigid mailers, and all small merchandise is shipped in bubble mailers.

What is your return policy?

I generally do not accept refunds. If you receive your order and it is damaged, please contact me and we can work on a solution.

Do you accept Paypal?

Of course! You’ll see the option at checkout.

Do you accept wholesale orders?

If you would like to carry my artwork or products in your store, please get in touch at xo@hannahnance.com.

Do you you accept commissions or collaborations?

Though I am not currently accepting commissions for one-offs (single original artworks), I am always looking for new ways to work with brands or artists I love. If you’re interested in working with me, please send an email detailing your project to xo@hannahnance.com.
